2 Dip recipes

FIESTA RANCH DIP

2 cups sour cream
1 pkg FIESTA RANCH dry mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can chopped black olives
1 can chopped chili peppers


CHICKEN ENCHILADA DIP

1 bag Tyson Fajita Strip-chopped to small pieces
16 oz. mayonnaise (can use light)
2 8-oz pkg. fat free cream cheese
16 oz. Mexican type shredded cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes (with chili peppers if desired)
1 T. jalapeno pepper-chopped small-don’t use if your Rotel has chili peppers

Heat the chopped chicken til warm. Add the remaining ingredients and heat until warm. May use
microwave if desired.
